Return Policy

At Hyperfuel, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables and health supplements), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name and order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product was received damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products returned beyond 30 days of delivery


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
